1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ScoreAtlas Telegram bot and Mini App (the "Service"), operated by ScoreAtlas ("we", "us", "our"). By opening the bot or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. What the Service is
ScoreAtlas lets you predict football match scores, follow teams and tournaments, view live scores and standings, and compete on a leaderboard, entirely inside Telegram. There is no separate website account - the Service runs through your existing Telegram account.
3. Eligibility
You must meet Telegram's own minimum age requirement to use the Service. If local law in your country sets a higher minimum age for using games or making in-app purchases, that higher age applies to you.
4. Free and Premium access
- Bundesliga, the Ukrainian Premier League, Brasileirão, and following any football club worldwide are free for everyone, with no time limit.
- The remaining tournaments listed on the ScoreAtlas homepage require a Premium subscription, currently priced at 99 Telegram Stars per month.
- Premium is billed and processed entirely by Telegram's own payment system for Stars. We do not receive or store your payment details.
- Refunds, billing disputes, and cancellations of a Stars payment are handled through Telegram directly, under Telegram's own Stars terms and refund rules.
- We may change what is included in Free or Premium, or the Premium price, with notice posted through the bot before the change takes effect.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Create or use multiple Telegram accounts to manipulate the leaderboard
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with ScoreAtlas outside of normal Telegram use
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
We may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates this section, without refunding any remaining Premium period.
6. Football data and accuracy
Live scores, fixtures, standings, and lineups are sourced from third-party football data providers. We work to keep this data accurate and timely, but we do not guarantee it is complete, correct, or available without interruption - for example during a data provider outage. Do not rely on ScoreAtlas as the sole source for time-sensitive decisions such as betting.
ScoreAtlas is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, any football league, club, or federation named or shown in the Service.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses related to inaccurate football data or Service downtime. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be announced through the bot. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Before starting any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first email us (Section 11) with a description of the dispute and give us 30 days to resolve it informally.
