1. Who we are
ScoreAtlas ("we", "us", "our") operates a football prediction and leaderboard game delivered entirely through a Telegram bot and its Mini App. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use the bot and this website, and how we use it.
2. What data we collect
ScoreAtlas does not have its own account system, sign-up form, or password. When you open the bot, Telegram shares the following with us through its Bot API:
- Your Telegram user ID (a number, not your phone number)
- Your Telegram username and first name, if you have set them public
- Your selected interface language
- The teams and leagues you choose to follow
- Your score predictions and prediction history, used to calculate leaderboard points
- Your Premium subscription status, as confirmed by Telegram after a Telegram Stars payment
We do not ask for your email address, phone number, or any payment card details. Telegram Stars payments are processed entirely by Telegram; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
3. Cookies and this website
This website (the page you are reading now) is a static page. It does not set cookies, does not run analytics scripts, and does not track visitors.
4. How we use your data
- To run the prediction game and calculate the leaderboard
- To send you match updates and results for the teams and leagues you follow
- To determine whether you have access to Free or Premium tournaments
- To prevent abuse of the leaderboard (for example, multiple accounts created to manipulate rankings)
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only where necessary to run the service:
- Telegram - the platform the bot runs on and the processor of Premium payments
- Football data providers (used to fetch live scores, fixtures, and standings) - these providers only receive requests for public sports data, never your personal data
- Our hosting provider - runs the server that stores the data listed in Section 2
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as you use the bot. If you stop using ScoreAtlas, your data remains stored so your leaderboard history and follows are preserved if you return; you can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
7. Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with similar data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us (see Section 10) from an address you control, or message the bot with your Telegram username so we can identify your record. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
ScoreAtlas is not directed at children. Use of Telegram itself is subject to Telegram's own minimum age requirements (13, or higher where required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will announce it through the bot. Continued use of ScoreAtlas after a change means you accept the updated policy.
